When you use the contact form we collect the data you provide: name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and the content of your message. We also record the IP address and the date of the submission, to prevent abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data only to answer your request and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. The legal basis is your request itself and our legitimate interest in replying to it. Your data is not used for marketing and is not sold to third parties.

Retention

Form submissions are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically, unless a longer period is required to manage an ongoing business relationship or by law.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to our staff and to the technical providers that host this website and deliver its emails, acting on our behalf. When required to handle your request (for example a supplier quotation), we may share the strictly necessary information with selected partners, under confidentiality.

International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates. If you contact us from another country, including the European Union, your data will be processed in the UAE, with appropriate safeguards and only for the purposes described above.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it, by writing to management@tpcbroker.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
